The Nature of Love: Using the Energies of “Disturbing Emotions” to Reveal the Authentic Self

Sunday, October 4 – 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. – Room 201 – Love Offering

Caroline Eick, co-founder of the Center for Heart-Mind Coherence, will speak about the transformative effect of embracing “disturbing emotions,” receiving the messages they carry from our hearts, and integrating their powerful energies into a coherent and authentic self.

Caroline Eick is co-founder, with Liliane Desjardins, of the Center for Heart-Mind Coherence. The Center offers workshops that help individuals uncover and transform negative imprints—deep-seated beliefs that shape our reality at the subconscious level and keep us emotionally addicted to self-defeating habits and behaviors.

Caroline integrates her life-transforming mystical experiences, her experiences in the field of addiction treatment, her academic work in globalization and cross-group relations, and over thirty-five years of practice in the transformation of core emotional addictions and mindfulness, to help clients reshape their reality from inside-out. Caroline also integrates the latest research on the neurology of the heart and its influence on the brain to teach breathing techniques that help develop emotional intelligence and resilience.
