Zeal and Company
Dear Friends:
One of the enduring gifts that our Unity co-founder, Charles Fillmore, gave the world is “The Twelve Powers of Man” idea. He metaphysically identified the Twelve Disciples of Jesus the Christ with a commensurate “power,” as in Simon Peter and our faculty of Faith, or John and that of Love. One of my favorites is the power of Zeal, associated with Simon the Zealot. Even though the term “zealot” has some modern day, negative connotations, true zeal, authentic enthusiasm is great stuff. Properly directed by our essence, it moves our intentions forward and brings them to life!
Please join us this Sunday as we gather in the moving energy of these Twelve Powers. The music, the meditations and message and you – what a perfect combination!
