“Overview of Christian Scriptures” explores the Gospels, letters, history (Book of Acts), and
apocryphal literature (Book of Revelation) that comprise what is more commonly known as the “New Testament” of the Judeo-Christian Bible.

During this course, you will explore some of the fundamental principles of Spiritual Law, and how they can be applied to your life for greater love, health, and prosperity. By studying the quotes of prominent Unity writers, as well as specific metaphysical and theological views and commentary presented in Heart-Centered Metaphysics, you will be encouraged to awaken your awareness and understanding of spiritual Truth.

Practicing the Silence as part of the prayer and meditation process is fundamental to Unity teachings. It is also essential for the development of spiritual understanding. During this course, the main focus will be placed on the meditation process. Benefits of this process will be explained and different methods to deal with resistance to it, as well as initiating a regular practice of it, will be approached.

This class is an introduction and exploration of the creation stories found in the Hebrew and Christian Bibles, and the significant guidance they contain for this modern age through metaphysical interpretation. In this course, as we focus on understanding both the seven days of creation, as related in the Bible (Genesis 1:1 – 2:3), and the seven steps of the Creative Process, as interpreted by Charles Fillmore and Unity School, we grow in consciousness toward the outer expression of our spiritual selves, the Christ.

The course introduces the Unity way of affirmative prayer. It will also provide traditional UNITY definitions of prayer and will assist you in creating your own prayer definition. Furthermore, you will be supported in your actual prayer discipline. You will be given the opportunity to explore your own prayer life and attitude.
