The Book of Revelation
1:00 PM to 2:50 PM
Are the times as we know them really coming to an end—either in horrible worldwide desolation or in an instantaneous positive shift in human consciousness? Probably not. Through this study of the Biblical Revelation to John we will examine its very inspiring message to the early Christian community for whom it was written. We will also interpret it through a metaphysical lens and see what it can mean to us in a Unity context. Finally we will look at how Revelation has been used historically to fuel the persistent human desire for a magic instant when the bad ends and only good prevails. Most importantly we will reflect on how Revelation can inform us today as people living in a complex world that could benefit from practical spiritual maturity.
