This sacred benediction uses thousands year old ancient practices to clear the psychological, spiritual, and physical blocks to perfect health and wholeness. The process includes dancing, contemplation, a Puja (ancient Indian practice that combines dancing, chanting and meditation and profoundly connects you to you inner divine presence) and culminates with a powerful healing blessing directly from The Divine (Spirit).
