Say What You See Book Study
This six-week class for parents and teachers meets on Sunday mornings at 10:45-11:45 a.m. in Room 131. Learn simple coaching skills that will help you instantly connect with children, transform complaints and resistance into STRENGTHs, and set CAN DO boundaries that encourage creative problem solving. Jennifer Feiereisel will walk you through each chapter to help you change your challenging situations at home or in the classroom into rewarding ones. Complimentary childcare is available in Room 135 during the class. Texas Stars Hockey Game!
Join our UCOH Family for a fun social outing to the Texas Stars vs. San Antonio Rampage hockey game at the HEB Center in Cedar Park on Sunday, March 10 at 5:00 p.m. March 10 is “Puck N’ Paws, Family Day” for the Texas Stars and there will be a petting zoo at the game. The giveaway item will be a Stars dog bandana. Tickets are $15 per person. As part of our group reservation, we will participate in the halftime fan tunnel and Zamboni rides! Feminine Hygiene Drive
One of our teens, Jessica Morehead, has been inspired to make a difference in the lives of homeless female teens by launching a feminine hygiene drive at our Church and at her school. Bring your feminine hygiene products to the designated plastic tubs in the Foyer.
