In lieu of writing our goals for the New Year, Rev. Steve suggested that we all practice the following meditation each day.
Metta bhavana, or loving-kindness meditation comes from the Buddhist tradition, it can be practiced by anyone. Loving-kindness meditation is essentially about cultivating love.
Begin focusing on yourself, then move to someone you love, then extend this love to all living things.
