Please join us for this 2 hour introduction to the “Redirecting Children’s Behavior” (RCB) Parenting Course with certified instructors David & Kim Preslar.
In this workshop, we will introduce the basics of RCB beginning with the four mistaken goals of children’s behaviors. We will teach you how to identify each mistaken goal and redirect behaviors in a way that promote:
• mutual respect
• cooperation
• acceptance of responsibility
• peaceful resolution and agreement
You will also learn some specific tools on how to effectively deal with power struggles – ideas that you can take home and start using immediately!
