Celebration of Life Service

Saturday, March 20th at 2 pm

The Celebration of Life Service for Bob Heinrichs will take place on Saturday, March 20th, 2021 at 2 pm, and there are several ways that you can celebrate his life with us.

First, there is limited reserved seating in the Sanctuary for the live service, and outdoor seating in Unity Oaks Pavilion for a Live-Stream experience. Additionally, if you cannot make it to campus, the service will also be Live-Streamed on YouTube, which can also be viewed from the YouTube feed on this page down below.

Lastly, Immediately following the Service there will be a very special New Orleans Style Recessional on the UCOH Campus, and everyone is invited to join us for this special celebratory experience. The Recessional will take place outdoors on the UCOH campus around 3 pm right after the service.

With so many opportunities to connect, we hope you are able to share in this
special celebration of Bob’s life with the community he so lovingly served.

New Orleans Style Recessional:

Bob always wanted a New Orleans Style Recessional at his Celebration of Life Service. In his honor, UCOH has planned a celebratory send off in that tradition and everyone is invited. The recessional begins at 3:00 pm, immediately following the Service, and if you want to join us, all you have to di show up. We’ll file out of the Sanctuary to meet the big band and then recess from the main entrance of the Sanctuary building, down the driveway to the Arch, which Bob Heinrichs lovingly made possible and dedicated to his parents, then march back up the driveway to the main entrance of the Church. If you cannot join us in person, the recessional will also be Live-Streamed, so if you are livestreaming the service, stay tuned for more celebration.

In Honor of Bob

Bob Heinrichs loved Unity Church of the Hills, and he generously gave of his time, talents and treasure ovdre the last 25 years. In his honor, the family invites and welcomes donations to Unity Church of the Hills instead of flowers, as an expression of celebrating Bob’s life and the memory of his service to the UCOH community that he loved.
