With this being the very first posting to a new communication format for the Board, we would like to take this opportunity to start by expressing a heartfelt Thank You to our amazing UCOH Staff for their dedication, perseverance and work.
During this challenging period of transition, the staff has coalesced in such a creative and open way that is enthusiastic, rooted in principle and is moving forward and getting things done. Despite being shorthanded they have walked us through the busy Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year season with phenomenal grace. Our Staff has accomplished this by taking on new positions, assuming new responsibilities and working together efficiently.
The Board is grateful to our staff members for their efforts that have kept all of our operations flowing so amazingly smoothly. If you are a congregant that is reading this post and have enjoyed some of our amazing events or services during the past few months, please be sure to express your gratitude to our staff members when you see them next.
An even more powerful way to express your gratitude could be through service. There are many ways you can be involved in UCOH by volunteering your time and talents that would be helpful to both our staff and the other congregants.
