Let yoga help you keep those New Year’s resolutions! Starting January 5, 2016, join Kay Fairbanks Tuesday evenings, 6:30 – 7:30 pm, in Friendship Hall.   Be sure to bring a yoga mat and dress in comfortable clothing.

Yoga offers many healthful benefits – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual – and Kay’s training in therapeutic yoga helps make the practice accessible and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of experience or background.

All skill levels are welcome.
