On November 12, 2015 Unity Church of the Hills in Austin, TX turns 20 years old. We plan to celebrate all weekend long, but would like to kick off the celebration on the actual anniversary date with a virtual ‘flash mob’ of sorts. Through a unique social media service called Thunderclap, we are asking for your support in helping us honor this momentous day by participating in a unique social media promotion to spread the word about Unity Church of the Hills.
The actual Thunderclap event takes place on November 12th at 12:00 pm CST. As that moment in time, all who have chosen to participate will be sharing the same message on Facebook and/or Twitter at the same time: “Happy 20th Anniversary UCOH! It is easy and painless to be part of this unique social media promotion on behalf of our spiritual community. All you have to do is ‘donate’ one Facebook post or Twitter tweet, which means that you will allow the above pre-written post to be posted on your behalf, simultaneous with the posts of everyone else who has donated. This collective and synchronized communal post creates a virtual “thunderclap” announcing UCOH’s 20th anniversary celebration.
